I Want 1 Too Ltd. aims to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Delivery options and costs are displayed clearly during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you informed of any significant delays.
3. Delivery Methods
We use reputable courier and postal services depending on the size, weight and value of your order.
The delivery method will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier may:
• Leave the parcel in a safe place
• Leave it with a neighbour
• Attempt redelivery
• Leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery
It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided by the courier.
7. Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and contents where possible.
If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We may need to allow the courier's investigation period to complete before issuing a replacement or refund.
10. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
