We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IW1T. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items in accordance with the policy below.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
• You must include your order number or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be returned if they have been opened or used unless they are faulty. This includes items that are sealed for health or hygiene purposes, once unsealed after delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that your return has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
